Yet another Ballard residential development is underway!
The fourth major development in four months has broken ground in Ballard.
Right across from the high school at 6559 15th Ave NW, it will have 101 residential units and three live/work units.
Just a few years ago these properties, along 15th, were slated for public use by the monorail development, which was ultimately voted down.
