Early Learning Fair (infant – 5 years) Nov. 5 Capitol Hill

As you may know already, Seattle’s Child and GET are presenting Building Blocks – a preschool and early learning fair on Saturday, November 5th, 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

We’re very excited about the enthusiasm we are hearing about Building Blocks from parents with young children and want to make sure you know it’s not too late for your preschool to be there. We expect great attendance because:

·       We made sure Building Blocks was plenty of fun so parents choose it as their Saturday morning outing – live music, storytimes, mini-soccer, food & more.

·       We made Building Blocks centrally located at Hamlin Robinson School, a lovely old school building,  on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

·       We packed Building Blocks with resources related to early learning, including over 60 exhibitors and mini-lectures on a wide variety of topics, including choosing a preschool, learning a second language early, getting started on financing an education, pros and cons of “redshirting,” and more.

·       And we made it all FREE (including the parking!)

·       We’re marketing extensively (focusing on parents with kids ages infant to 5) using social networking, our magazine and website, our Seattle Times partnership, Building Blocks sponsors and exhibitors, and parenting blogs and websites throughout greater Seattle.
