People want “walk-friendly” neighborhoods = opportunity for homebuilders

I have been visiting  a number of renovated spaces this week, from the Rainier Brewery, which was converted to very cool Live/Work spaces AND is located next to the light rail station to old mixed use buildings, located next to downtown cores.
