Where are home interest rates going?

It looks like the biggest impact on the U.S. housing market will continue to come from high unemployment.  The Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, last week, reaffirmed his commitment to keeping interest rates low through 2014.  Last week’s Initial Jobless Claims came in at 358,000,  which was lower than the  expected 370,000 figure, a good sign for the U.S. economy in general.
